Support the Cornell Chimes

The Chimes program is funded through university allocations and the generous support of alumni and friends. You may direct your gift to the Cornell Chimes in two ways:

Cornell Chimes General Fund, Fund #362303
A gift to the general fund allows us to direct those resources where they can have the greatest impact, allowing us to take advantage of unexpected opportunities and meet necessary challenges in a timely manner.

Cornell Chimes Unrestricted Program Endowment, Fund #0007341
Help make the Cornell Chimes a self-sustaining program.  Your gift to the endowment will provide support for all essential program costs including salaries and wages; opportunities to bring student chimesmasters and alumni together; communications including our newsletter and website; student recognition; and other broad-based program support.  Your gift to the endowment will insure that the chimes remain one of Cornell’s most cherished musical traditions and one of the premiere instruments of its kind, in perpetuity.

All gifts to the Cornell Chimes are tax deductible, and will receive Cornell gift credit.

In order to insure that your gift is directed to the Cornell Chimes, there are two recommended ways to make your gift. Gifts may be made in a several forms, including cash, securities (life insurance policies), property or real estate.

• Make a gift or pledge online using Cornell's secure server and your credit card. Resources for making gifts of stock, real estate or planned gifts can also be found through this page. Please enter the six-digit fund number and the fund title "Cornell Chimes general fund" or "Cornell Chimes Unrestricted Program Endowment" under "other gift designation" when making your gift.
• Mail your gift by sending your check, along with the completed form (below) to the Cornell Chimes.
