Weddings and Specialty Concerts
The Cornell Chimesmasters are available to play for your wedding or special event. We offer 15- and 30-minute options. Half-hour concerts may be played in one block or in two 15-minute increments before and after your event.
Wedding concerts may be scheduled before or after the ceremony. Beginning and ending times for concerts before the ceremony can be pre-set. For concerts after the ceremony, a wedding party member must call the chimesmaster to begin the concert.
Due to the volume of events on campus, the chimesmasters cannot accept wedding concert requests for weddings outside of Sage Chapel. Concerts are also subject to the availability of chimesmasters on campus. We currently schedule no more than three wedding concerts per weekend.
15-minute concerts $90.00
30-minute concerts $150.00
30-minute concerts broken into two 15-minute increments (such as before and after the ceremony) $175.00
All concert fees must be paid in advance. Please make checks payable to Cornell University.
For specialty concerts, including memorial services, please consult with the head chimesmaster for suggestions of appropriate music from our library.
To request a concert, contact the chimesmasters at (607) 255-5350, or email email@example.com. Please do not contact us more than six months prior to your event; we will not accept reservations that far in advance.
Once you've checked the availability of the date for your concert with the chimesmasters, you can download the Specialty Concert Information Sheet, fill it out and return it to us with your payment.
